1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible food items.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable items must have an expiry date beyond the return window.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective food item, please contact us within the return window. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Incorrect Items Received: In the event of receiving an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and may provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

5. Quality Concerns: Should you have concerns about the quality of a product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

6. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window. We may require proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

7. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Cash or Account Debit), within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Non-Returnable Items: Perishable consumer goods such as fresh foods, baby formula milk, frozen foods, and baked goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs of KD 1.5 are the responsibility of the customer.
